The Team

Dr. Gibson is an accomplished professional with over 10 years of education and experience in psychology. She has worked with a wide array of organizations providing organization development and psychological services, including:

• The National Center for Organization Development (United States Department of Veterans Affairs)

• Pacific University

• Colorado State University

• The Colorado State Employee Assistance Program

• The Center for Professional Development

• The Denver Colorado AIDS Project

• Turning Point Mental Health Services

• Canyon Behavioral Health

• The Professional Psychology Clinic

While Dr. Gibson does not currently provide clinical services, her background in clinical psychology helps inform the way that she works with clients. With a focus on healthy behaviors, positive working relationships, and attention to social and economic barriers, she utilizes a range of data collection methods to inform her consultative decision-making, and applies theory- and research-driven practices in her work.

Dr. Gibson originally hails from Denver, CO, where she received her doctorate in clinical psychology from the University of Denver’s Graduate School of Psychology. She has lived all over the country, including Los Angeles, CA; Portland, OR; Cincinnati, OH; and most recently, Tacoma, WA. She lives there with her husband and two squirrely dogs, submerged in a life of rainy drizzle and craft beers by the bay.
