The Team

Dr. Anna Gibson is a licensed clinical psychologist and organization development consultant with more than a decade of experience and education in applied clinical and organizational psychology. She has worked across private, public, and nonprofit sectors within a variety of industries providing organization development and psychological services. She held a postdoctoral fellowship at the National Center for Organization Development in the U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs where she worked with executive leaders across the nation, and she most recently led the strategic design of organizational well-being initiatives at hypergrowth tech unicorn startup, Modern Health. She specializes in supporting organizations who are striving to become healthier and happier places to work.

While Dr. Gibson does not currently provide clinical services, her background in clinical psychology informs her client approach. Emphasizing positive working relationships, insight development, and workplace mental health and well-being, she uses data and an application of theory- and research-driven practices in her work to drive organizational effectiveness.

Dr. Gibson is originally from Denver, CO, where she received her doctorate in clinical psychology from the University of Denver’s Graduate School of Psychology. She has lived all over the U.S., including Denver, Los Angeles, Portland, Cincinnati, and most recently, Gig Harbor, WA. She lives there with her husband and Higgs Boson, their dog.
